Slight update to our timetable... 3pm spin on saturday has now been removed, however, an extra spin class has been added to Tuesday at 1.10pm... all our classes are PAYG (except 6.15am bootcamp), also we have a Monthly Class Pass for €50 which gets you unlimited classes for the full month.. call us on 0749132053 if you need more info

The RLSS Survive & Save programme allows candidates to develop their lifesaving skills over 3 levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold
