Amongst many dry fit classes at FVLC, Spin classes are quite popular as a high-intensity workout that can improve everything from your cardiovascular health to your body composition.
Spin classes take place on the following days/times:
Monday 1.10pm & 6.00pm (spin & core)
Tuesday 1.10pm, 7.00pm & 7.35pm
Wednesday 7.00pm
Thursday 7.00pm (spin & core)
Friday 1.10pm & 6.00pm
