Spin & Core: as the name suggests is a combination of our Spin & Core classes.
Spin – using bikes to boost aerobic fitness and tone legs. Core – resistance work on the abs, oblique’s and back muscles
This is a 45 min DryFit Class, and is included in our monthly class pass.
