Aqua Aerobics (waterobics, aquatic fitness, aquafitness, aquafit) is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training

This is a 45 min water class, and is included in our monthly class pass.



Core: resistance work on the abs. oblique’s and back muscles.


Spin Classes: fun class using spin bikes to boost aerobic fitness and tone legs. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Chair Fit

Chair Fit: exercises performed while stationed in a chair (also suitable for wheelchair users)

Cardio Tone

Cardio Tone: is a kind of exercise that mixes cardio exercises that burn fat with toning exercises that strengthen the muscles in the body.
